Your placement in the world's authority structure is a good thing – God's perfect design. Living a good life in the world means being submissive to authority. Reason 1 – because government (even bad government) is for justice, so don't get in the way. Reason 2 – we exist to increase God's praise, and that happens when we are good citizens. It muzzles ignorant fools. That method of shutting them up accomplishes God's will, if we do it as free people who are God's slaves. We must honor everyone (preferring those in the faith above unbelievers and God above the king).
