Jesus' Pattern for Prayer
The Lord’s Prayer is a pattern for all prayer. It teaches us about priorities and attitudes in prayer, so that our prayers might bring the greatest honor to the Lord. But this prayer teaches us more than mere techniques of prayer. The Lord Jesus teaches us how to think about the very purpose of life, so that all we do might be for the kingdom purposes for which we exist.
